This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the steel frame of your Apogee One mountain bike. Coverage extends for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

• Rust or corrosion
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
• Paint or decal damage
• Tires, tubes, wheels, brakes, drivetrain components, or other accessories

Warranty is void if the bike has been subjected to abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Apogee Bikes customer service by email at admin@apogee.bike. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

If the claim is approved, Apogee Bikes will repair or replace the defective frame at its discretion. Transportation costs to and from the repair facility are the responsibility of the customer.
